AIM is a leader in educating the public about the benefits of buying fresh and locally grown food, and we are delighted by the recent passing of Measure B, which sets up a permanent facility for the Civic Center markets. The Sunday market is the third largest in California! It’s an amazing operation, and with our partners Respecting Our Elders we’ve collected up to 1000 pounds of food donations there in a day. Thank you AIM and your dozens of generous vendors! www.agriculturalinstitute.org
